Job Description

• Visual Concept Development: Generate creative ideas and contribute to visual concepts and designs for advertising campaigns, marketing materials, and other projects.
• Layout and Graphics: Create layouts, graphics, and visuals for print, digital, and other media formats.
• Brand Consistency:Ensure that visual elements align with the company's brand identity and effectively communicate its message.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior art directors, copywriters, and other team members to bring visual concepts to life.
• Project Management: Assist with project timelines, budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Design Execution: Execute design projects, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to design standards.
• Staying Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies to enhance design skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of total 6 years experience in the design field, have experience as a senior designer/junior art director in a 360 advertising agency environment
• An understanding of creative design and layout
• Strong skills with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• The ability to build creative and unique ideas
• The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers and clients
• The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations
• The willingness to work to tight deadlines in high pressured environments without compromising on work quality
• An awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms
• An innovative approach to the ways in which advertising is executed
• A track record of inventive and compelling design work
