Exposure or experience in the fashion, footwear, or beauty industry will be an added advantage and is highly preferred to support brand relevance, trend awareness, and market positioning.
1. Digital Marketing Execution
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
- Create, schedule, and publish content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports (reach, engagement, conversions).
2. Branding & Content Creation
- Support the development of brand identity, tone, and visual consistency.
- Design simple creatives (social posts, banners, ads) using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Write captions, product descriptions, and promotional copy aligned with brand messaging.
3. Brand Development
- Assist in strengthening brand positioning and market presence.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Support execution of brand strategies to increase awareness and loyalty.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Contribute to long-term brand growth initiatives.
4. E-Commerce Management
- Assist in managing online stores (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Upload and maintain product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, inventory).
- Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and platform participation (e.g. mega sales).
5. Website & UX Support
- Update website content and ensure product pages are accurate and engaging.
- Support improvements to user experience (UX) to drive conversions.
- Liaise with developers or platforms when required.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
- Use tools like Google Analytics to analyze user behavior.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimization
7. Campaign & Promotion Support
- Assist in planning seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (designers, influencers).
- Support execution of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
8. Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor reviews and feedback, ensuring timely responses.
- Help maintain a positive brand image and customer satisfaction.
