Job Description

This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across departments, while also supporting HR operations, payroll-related matters, and other ad-hoc HR tasks. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong stakeholder collaboration skills to support hiring needs and HR operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

1) Talent Acquisition (End-to-End)

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interview coordination to offer stage.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, requirements and timelines.
• Drive sourcing strategies across job portals, direct search and talent pooling.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

2) Stakeholder & Candidate Management

• Act as the HR point-of-contact for hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience and professional communication.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and feedback consolidation.

3) HR Operations & Support (Ad-hoc)

• Support onboarding documentation and joining process.
• Assist with HR reporting and documentation where required.
• Support payroll and benefits coordination when needed (basic understanding required).
• Assist on other HR initiatives and tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
  • 5–7 years of total HR experience, with strong exposure in recruitment/hiring activities
  • Comfortable handling recruitment independently and managing multiple vacancies concurrently
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and statutory practices (EPF, SOCSO, PCB) to support when required
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
