Job Description

Job Scopes:

Policy & SOP Management

  • Create, propose, establish, update, and maintain policies/SOPs according to timeline.
  • Identify gaps in existing policies and recommend necessary improvements.

Compliance Governance

  • Ensure all departments and dealers comply with established policies and standards.
  • Monitor compliance status and highlight issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of compliance-related gaps.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Network teams to ensure alignment and implementation of governance standards.
  • Communicate compliance requirements clearly and ensure smooth policy adoption.

Stakeholder Engagement & Training

  • Conduct policy briefings, governance workshops, and awareness sessions.
  • Ensure high adoption and understanding of new/updated policies.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare accurate governance and compliance reports on time.
  • Maintain an organized and updated repository of all policies, approvals, and compliance documents.

Continuous Improvement

  • Propose improvements to strengthen governance and compliance processes.
  • Conduct benchmarking and share recommendations with management.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in managing SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Background in the automotive industry is required, with strong understanding of dealers operations, sales, aftersales, and compliance needs.
  • Well-versed in automotive regulatory requirements, brand standards, and network operational practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct audits, spot gaps, and propose corrective actions.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, HR, and Legal ensuring alignment on governance and compliance expectations.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proactive and capable of multitasking, with the ability to propose new initiatives and solutions.
