Job Description

• Conduct and review valuations for M&A, financial reporting, litigation, startups and various other clients
• Develop and apply financial models in Excel.
• Review valuation reports from junior associates and provide technical guidance.
• Take ownership of assigned projects
• Work closely with the Valuation Manager and support client discussions

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of valuation or financial modelling experience with the ability to handle projects independently.
• Strong familiarity with IVS and financial reporting standards (IFRS) is preferred
• Strong expertise in financial modelling and valuation methodologies.
• Familiarity with startup valuations, intangible assets, and litigation-related valuations is a plus.
• CFA, ICAEW, or CPA is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
