Job Descriptions:
- Responsible to develop annual sales target, enabling sales improvement, continuously work on expanding customer base, product mixed development and taking responsibility for the product/ department’s performance against sales budget.
- Review sales report to analyze sales strategies and identify areas for improvement to boost sales & profit.
- Collaborate closely with product support team to ensure equipment are well supported with good after sales service.
- Arrange to get and analyze feedback from customers.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing or related field
- At least 4 years of working experience in Sales or Marketing function, preferably in engineering fields/Heavy Equipment/Machinery
- Prefer someone from the Heavy Construction Machinery industry.
- Someone from the Construction/Plantation industry that can adapt into the construction market can be considered.
- Proven ability to do new market expansion and new clients’ acquisition.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Must possess own vehicle, valid driving license and be able to travel outstation
