Key Responsibilities

System Design & Planning:
Lead the design, 3D modelling and documentation of comprehensive AV systems for themed attractions, including audio, video, lighting, and control systems to create immersive guest experiences.

Thematic Integration:
Understand and navigate 3D models using Navis Works and collaborate with creative teams to ensure all AV elements align with the project’s theme and narrative.

Video & Visuals:
Design and integrate dynamic video displays, projections, and LED installations for storytelling and interactive elements.

Control & Automation:
Create seamless integration and automation of all AV components, including developing custom control system user interfaces and ensuring flawless show control.

Project Coordination:
Work closely with project managers, AV suppliers and other stakeholders to manage the AV scope, ensuring that designs are executed accurately and efficiently.

Innovation:
Stay current with emerging technologies like spatial computing and AI to incorporate innovative and personalized experiences into attractions.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Audio Visual related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AV system integration, exhibitions, museums, galleries, digital installations, interactive experiences, themed attractions or similar environments.
• Strong ability to prepare and interpret AV block diagrams, line diagrams, logic diagrams, network schematics, 3D models and system architecture documentation.
• Hands-on experience with AV equipment, control systems, network infrastructure, and multimedia playback systems.
• Proficient in AV project management methodologies, with proven track record of delivering complex and multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good problem-solving ability, technical aptitude, and structured approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
