About the Role

We are looking for a goal-driven Branch Manager to lead a branch team in the used car industry. You will oversee sales consultants, branch operations, and administrative support to ensure customers enjoy a seamless and high-quality buying experience. You will motivate your team to achieve sales targets while maintaining operational excellence. The branch is backed by advanced systems, strong inventory, marketing support, and structured training.

Key Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Dealer Principal
• Lead and manage the branch team, including sales consultants and branch support staff
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and optimize team performance to maximize productivity
• Ensure the branch delivers an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets
• Recognize individual team members’ strengths and goals; implement development plans
• Analyze and track sales performance, taking proactive steps to meet targets
• Resolve operational or customer-related issues to ensure high service standards
• Provide flexible coverage for branch hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in managerial roles with direct reports / subordinates
• Background in sales and customer service; automotive / used car industry experience is a plus
• Ability to create actionable plans and lead teams to execute them effectively
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to motivate and inspire the team
• Open-minded, flexible, and hands-on approach
