Brand & commercial
• Own the P&L — revenue, contribution margin, marketing efficiency. Weekly reporting to CEO
• Set brand priorities, campaign calendar, pricing and promo strategy across channels
• Drive brand positioning shift: breastfeeding hardware → holistic motherhood wellness
• Monitor competitors, trends, and customer signals. Bring the outside in and be the category expert
Product pipeline
• Own the product roadmap: what we launch, when, and why. Supplements is the priority category
• Manage product projects through to completion (breast pump, cooler bag, lactation gummies), coordinating with regional suppliers on sourcing, sampling, and production
• Navigate regulatory requirements (e.g., NPRA). Work with external agents where needed
• Manage product COGS and ensure new SKUs hit margin and volume targets
Team & coordination
• Lead the strong Brand team: Marketing Strategist, Marketplace (Shopee, TikTok), Customer Service, International Market Leads, and others as needed
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for execution. Growth & Creative, Supply Chain & Finance, Offline Retail
• Run weekly SML on-track meetings. Set the agenda, drive decisions, capture actions
• 4-6 years in brand management, marketing, or commercial roles — ideally FMCG, consumer health, baby/kids, or beauty/wellness
• Has launched products before: not necessarily deep R&D, but you've taken a product from concept to shelf and know what it takes (especially supplements)
• Generalist who can hold brand, product, team, and commercial threads simultaneously
• Commercially sharp: you think in margins, mix, and repeat purchase — not just campaigns
• Willing to learn AI tools and build AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency
• Strongly preferred: you're a mom. You live the category. That empathy cannot be trained
