💼 Core Responsibilities
1️⃣ Brand Strategy & Creative Direction
• Develop quarterly brand campaigns that link directly to companys strategic priorities (e.g., Block & Burn Fat Burn Month, Sleep Reset Launch, Hormone Reset Challenge).
• Define creative concepts, tone of voice, and storytelling across all brand touchpoints.
• Oversee design and copy team to ensure visual and narrative consistency.
2️⃣ Advertising & Growth Campaigns (Meta + Awareness Platforms)
• Lead company’s Meta ad strategy: concept → creative → launch → performance review.
• Create and to ensure ad funnel and backend tracking align.
• Run A/B tests for creatives, messages, audiences, and angles to improve ROAS.
• Present monthly Ad + Creative Performance Report (awareness, reach, lead quality).
3️⃣ Content Engine & Marketing Calendar
• Build and maintain a 3-month rolling content calendar with clear content pillars:
• Education (science-backed health content)
• Emotional connection (founder story, client stories)
• Product showcase
• Community events (online/offline challenges, panels)
• Ensure content-to-ad readiness (enough visuals, reels, and copy per campaign).
4️⃣ Community Activation & Brand Experience
• Plan offline and online engagement campaigns to expand brand community — e.g.:
• Wellness events, challenges, partnerships, and panel talks
• Collaborations with KOLs, wellness venues, or brands
• Work with PR/Content team to manage invites, communication, and event storytelling.
5️⃣ Brand Communication & Collaterals
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines (tone, fonts, design, visuals).
• Oversee marketing materials — banners, posters, packaging stories, decks, landing pages.
• Approve all external communication to ensure alignment with BEWell identity.
6️⃣ Performance & Team Collaboration
• Present monthly brand growth report — traffic, engagement, follower growth, content output, and ad ROI.
• Collaborate closely with marketing team
• Conduct monthly creative syncs to align campaign flow between content → ads → funnel.
7️⃣Hands-on creative leader who can plan, oversee, and occasionally produce brand content — ensuring consistent storytelling, tone, and campaign execution across all digital channels.
👩🏻💼 Ideal Candidate Profile
• 4–6 years in brand marketing or creative strategy (preferably health, wellness, or beauty industry).
• Proven experience managing Meta campaigns, brand storytelling, and content pipelines.
• Balanced thinker: creative vision + performance logic.
• Experienced in managing creative teams, agency vendors, or production timelines.
• Strong visual sense and excellent communication skills.
