Social Media Management

Manage and maintain social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with campaign and brand objectives

Monitor community engagement and respond to comments, messages, and conversations

Track social trends, memes, and platform updates to keep brand content culturally relevant

Content & Campaign Support

Support the development and execution of social and digital campaigns

Work with creative teams on content ideas, captions, and platform adaptations

Coordinate production timelines for social assets

Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all platforms

Influencer & Creator Coordination

Assist with sourcing and managing influencers/creators

Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and approvals

Monitor content performance and engagement

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, sentiment)

Compile monthly and campaign performance reports

Translate data insights into recommendations for content improvement

Client & Internal Collaboration

Work closely with account teams to manage client expectations and timelines

Support meeting preparations, presentations, and status updates

Coordinate across strategy, creative, and production teams

Job Requirements

1–3 years experience in social media, digital marketing, or advertising agency

Strong understanding of social platforms, digital culture, and content trends

Organized with strong project management abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprout, or Hootsuite is a plus

Passion for brands, culture, and storytelling
