We are looking for a creative and hands-on Brand & Social Executive to support the growth of an in-house brand. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys social media, content, brand building, events, customer engagement, and campaign execution.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage day-to-day brand and social media activities while supporting campaigns, content creation, influencer collaborations, events, and overall brand presence across online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Assist in content ideation, copywriting, posting schedules, community engagement, and social media coordination.
  • Support brand campaigns, product launches, events, pop-ups, activations, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across social media, campaigns, events, and customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, influencer trends, and customer feedback.
  • Engage with followers, respond to enquiries, and support online community management.
  • Assist with influencer, partnership, collaboration, and brand activation initiatives.
  • Track basic social media and campaign performance, including engagement, reach, leads, and customer response.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, internal teams, or external parties for brand-related activities.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, Business, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with internship or 1–2 years of experience in social media, branding, content, marketing, events, or related roles will have an added advantage.
  • Internship experience in handling social media, content creation, campaigns, events, influencer coordination, or brand-related activities will be preferred.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Good writing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative, proactive, organized, and hands-on.
  • Able to support both online and offline brand activities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about brand building, social media, content, and customer engagement.
