Job Description

• Requirement Analysis for ERP, MES & AI Agents: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex manufacturing and enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Product Ownership: Drive the product roadmap in line with company strategy, maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of QA and BA professionals, promoting best practices in software quality and business analysis.
• Strategic Business Analysis: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define business objectives, gather high-level requirements, and design enterprise solutions.
• Quality Assurance Governance: Establish QA frameworks, define testing strategies, and implement automated testing solutions to improve software quality.
• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business and system processes and recommend improvements.
• Advanced Test Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, perform risk-based testing, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise applications.
• Defect Management & Resolution: Manage defect tracking and resolution, working with developers and project managers to ensure product stability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, translating complex system functionality into business-friendly language.
• Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all business processes and system implementations comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation of business requirements, system design, test plans, and user manuals, keeping all records up to date and accessible.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and business analysis initiatives in ERP or MES environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in solving problems with limited resources.
• Willingness to grow within a startup environment, embrace challenges, take ownership, and contribute to building scalable processes and culture.
• Expertise in enterprise system implementation, especially in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to drive Agile QA and BA practices within teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO, FDA, or GMP in manufacturing systems.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data analytics.
• Experience with AI-driven testing and robotic process automation (RPA).
• Certifications such as ISTQB, CBAP, or PMP.

Skills
