Job Description

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to support revenue growth and client acquisition within the commercial interior design and fit-out industry. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline across corporate and office segments.

You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to generate leads, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. This role is suitable for someone proactive, confident in client-facing situations, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients through networking and outreach
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Support in preparing proposals and quotations
• Assist in presentations and client pitching sessions

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Support project-related communications between clients and internal teams

Internal Coordination

• Work closely with Interior Designers, Project Managers, and Operations teams
• Ensure smooth information flow during project discussions
• Assist in tracking progress and documentation

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in sales or business development
• Mandarin speaking required
• Comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools for presentations and follow-ups
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven
• Background in interior design, construction, or service-based industries is an advantage but not mandatory
