Job Description

A growing performance marketing agency is looking for a Sales Executive to support business development efforts and expand its client base within the digital marketing space. This role is suitable for someone with early sales experience in a digital marketing or digital advertising environment, and who is looking to grow within a performance-driven agency setup.

You will be involved in identifying business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales process from initial outreach to follow-up discussions. The role also requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure client requirements are communicated clearly and supported effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Outreach

  • Support new business development activities and identify potential client opportunities
  • Reach out to prospective clients and build initial relationships with key decision-makers
  • Assist in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and follow up on active leads

Sales Support & Client Management

  • Understand client requirements and support in proposing suitable digital marketing solutions
  • Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations for client discussions
  • Support ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales process

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with the sales team, ads operation team, and support team to ensure smooth coordination
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams for proper follow-through
  • Support the team in ensuring smooth transition from sales discussion to campaign execution

Market Awareness & Growth

  • Keep up with market trends and competitor activity within the digital marketing industry
  • Build familiarity with the agency’s service offerings and how they support client campaigns
  • Contribute to overall team targets and business growth efforts

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales within a digital marketing or digital advertising company
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or competing agency is highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, advertising solutions, and campaign-related services
  • Able to support business development efforts and engage with potential clients confidently
  • Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Mandarin / Chinese-speaking is mandatory due to client communication needs
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Able to work fully from office in Bukit Jalil
  • Strong interest in sales, client engagement, and revenue-driven environment
