 Overview:

The Business Development position will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base within the Malaysian/Asian market. This role involves proactive outreach, client relationship management, negotiation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of digital marketing services, be skilled in consultative selling, and uphold the company’s reputation and brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Outreach

  • Identify potential clients and market segments.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and stay updated on industry trends.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Develop targeted outreach campaigns (cold calling, canvassing, emails, LinkedIn, networking).
  • Track and manage leads to maintain a healthy pipeline.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Present tailored digital marketing solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build long-term partnerships through ongoing support and strategic advice.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Prepare compelling proposals and pricing models.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor sales against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
