Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development efforts to acquire new clients, generate and track leads, secure contracts, and achieve sales targets.
- Consult and drive the adoption of our client’s Enterprise Solutions with new clients, while expanding adoption and identifying upselling opportunities through a strategic advisory and planning approach.
- Consult and deliver workplace strategy services that align with clients’ goals and objectives, developing innovative and integrated workplace solutions.
- Prepare tender bids and proposals, including process, scope, and compensation, and participate in client pitches and presentations.
- Provide regular project updates to management and cross-functional teams, highlighting project status, potential issues, and risks.
- Develop and coordinate impactful client communications through effective marketing materials and maintain marketing channels for our client’s Enterprise Solutions to help clients understand the benefits and impact of proposed strategies.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and the design team to develop creative design concepts and space planning solutions that support performance-enhancing workplace strategies.
- Conduct user research and gather market intelligence on real estate, workplace strategy, change management, space planning, building appraisal, site selection, and advisory services for commercial developments.
- Analyze and organize research findings for client workshops, presentations, and reports to assess the impact on business goals, organizational culture, and workplace performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, project partners, and collaborators to identify new opportunities and strengthen our client’s market position.
- Ensure design deliverables comply with product standards, quality assurance policies, documentation requirements, and project management procedures.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior and management.
Enterprise Team Support
As part of the Enterprise team, you will also be expected to:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project deliverables, including client meetings, site supervision, resource coordination, time tracking, and project costing from project initiation to completion.
- Assist in sourcing suitable commercial office locations for clients and secure new landlord partnerships to expand our client’s flexible office network.
- Act as a positive tenant representative and effectively communicate the value proposition between landlords and potential clients.
- Liaise and negotiate with landlords regarding leasing requirements and tenancy agreements.
