SALES & PROSPECTING -
Identify and develop new sales opportunities for Infor M3 ERP.
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, networking, and lead qualification activities.
Manage assigned accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
Support proposal preparation, product demonstrations, and presentations.
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT-
Understand customer business processes and ERP requirements.
Coordinate with pre-sales, ERP consultants to deliver compelling solutions.
Assist in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
REPORTING & PERFORMANCE-
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales reports.
Achieve assigned individual sales targets and KPIs.
Support marketing campaigns, events, and customer briefings.
GENERAL-
To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/ or the Management.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
Minimum 2- 3 years in ERP solution sales.
Exposure to ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, and retail is an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn ERP solutions.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
