Job Description

  • Generate and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Research prospects to understand their industry, challenges, needs, budget, and purchasing authority.
  • Conduct outreach and follow-ups via phone, email, and virtual meetings, maintaining consistent communication.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing, addressing inquiries and handling objections effectively.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Use sales tools (CRM, email campaigns, etc.) to track, nurture, and manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
     

Job Requirements

  •  1–2 years of working experience, preferably in B2B sales from the software or technology (IT) industry.
  • Candidates with B2C or customer service experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Diploma or higher education in any field.
  • Able to build rapport and engage customers through presentations.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
