Job Description

    Job Summary:

    • We are currently seeking a talented and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.
    • As the Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy, fostering strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities in selling hot stamping foil technology. This is a high-impact role that requires a combination of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a drive for achieving measurable results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifying new business opportunities based on new or current markets and customer needs in hot stamping foil technology.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform business development initiatives.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry leaders, and potential partners.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product/service enhancements.
    • Conduct effective presentations and negotiations to secure new business deals and contracts.
    • Monitor industry trends and developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.
    • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Maintain strong knowledge of the industries i.e., attending conferences and/or exhibitions.
    • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement.

Job Requirements

    Requirement:

    • Minimum Diploma in any education field.
    • Minimum 1 to 3 years sales experience.
    • Preferably someone with sales experience from industry such as paper supply, label supply, printing, printing equipment seller, or varnish supply.
    • Good communication skills, sales driven, and committed.
    • Possess own transport.
