BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES -
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for BPA, AI solutions, and Pronto ERP.
Actively prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
Manage and grow assigned accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct customer meetings to understand business processes, challenges, and system requirements.
Prepare and present solution proposals, demonstrations, quotations, and tenders.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company targets and margins.
SOLUTION SELLING & COLLABORATION -
Work closely with pre-sales consultants, ERP consultants, and technical teams to design suitable solutions.
Coordinate product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POC), and workshops with customers.
Translate customer business requirements into solution value propositions.
Support implementation handover to ensure smooth project kick-off.
MARKET & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE -
Develop strong understanding of BPA, AI use cases, and Pronto ERP functionalities.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and digital transformation initiatives.
Identify market opportunities in manufacturing, distribution, retail, and service industries.
REPORTING & PERFORMANCE -
Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and pipeline objectives.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and management reports.
Participate in sales meetings and planning sessions.
GENERAL-
To perform other duties at the discretion of the superior and/ or the Management.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in process automation software sales, ERP sales, or enterprise software sales.
Exposure to ERP systems, BPA, RPA, AI, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to engage stakeholders at different levels, including management and decision-makers.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project discussions.
Experience selling ERP solutions (e.g. Pronto, Infor, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Knowledge of BPA/RPA tools or AI-based solutions is an added advantage.
Existing network within manufacturing, distribution, or commercial sectors is a plus.
