Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth within the commercial interior design and fit-out industry. This role focuses on developing strong corporate pipelines, securing projects, and expanding market presence across office and commercial segments.

You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal design, project, and construction teams, ensuring smooth coordination from proposal stage through project completion. This role requires someone independent, results-oriented, and comfortable managing both sales strategy and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and secure new corporate clients through networking and industry outreach
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Prepare proposals and assist in quotations
  • Drive end-to-end sales process from pitching to deal closure

Client & Project Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal Interior Design / Project / Operations teams
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Oversee project-related communications to ensure smooth execution
  • Work closely with Accounts team on payment follow-ups and collections

Leadership & Market Expansion

  • Lead and guide the Business Development Executive
  • Explore opportunities across various industries with focus on corporate office segment
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships and brand positioning

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of Business Development experience within interior design / design & build industry
  • Proven experience handling commercial office or corporate projects
  • Strong client acquisition track record
  • Mandarin speaking required
  • Has own networking base preferred
  • Comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits
  • Tech-savvy and confident in preparing proposals and presentations
  • Independent, disciplined, and performance-driven
