Job Description

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the events, concerts, exhibitions,and corporate production sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and technically feasible solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals to achieve or exceed set revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, after-sales support, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to identify repeat or referral business opportunities.

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and competitiveness.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning and product/service enhancement.

Project Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Project, Technical, and Design teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for concept development and client proposals.
  • Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies and project standards.

Reporting & Performance

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
  • Maintain accurate client and project records within the company’s CRM or database system.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and contribute to overall company profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in event production,audio-visual, or creative industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of technical aspects related to audio, lighting, and stage production is an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
