Job Description

Our client is a technology consulting firm specializing in ERP implementation, business process optimization, and digital transformation solutions.

You will grow the client base and strengthen relationships across the IT and software solutions market. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and driving revenue through our ERP application solutions.

  • Learn and develop a strong understanding of the ERP application solutions, features, and value propositions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, marketing events, referrals, and proactive follow-up.
  • Conduct cold calls to generate interest, qualify prospects, and arrange sales meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales cycle and after-sales support.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management - preferably in ERP, IT, software, or technology solutions.
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
  • Strong willingness and capability to learn technical concepts, especially ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong time-management and planning skills to organize daily activities effectively.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and prospecting new clients.
  • Results-oriented, ambitious, and driven to meet sales targets.
