Job Description

  • Strategic Market Expansion: Proactively research and identify high-growth organizations within the manufacturing and retail sectors to build a robust new business pipeline.
  • Consultative Value Selling: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for complex ERP solutions. You will be responsible for uncovering deep "pain points" and presenting tailored value propositions that justify significant ROI.
  • C-Suite Engagement: Confidently engage and influence C-level decision-makers (CEO, CFO, COO) by translating technical ERP capabilities into strategic business outcomes.
  • Solution Architecture & Proposals: Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive, multi-faceted proposals covering software functionality, implementation services, and long-term support.
  • Pipeline & Margin Management: Own your numbers. You will manage accurate sales forecasting and ensure the timely closure of deals while maintaining healthy profit margins.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of proven success in B2B Solution Selling. Experience in the ERP/Business Software industry is highly preferred.
  • Industry Expertise: A strong track record of dealing with the Manufacturing and Distribution sectors will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence C-Suite (CEO, CFO, COO) decision-makers.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to understand complex business processes and how software solutions (specifically ERP) solve operational bottlenecks.
