Job Description
- Act as first hire in Malaysia, building market presence from zero
- Engage directly with enterprise retail clients (senior B2B stakeholders)
- Conduct customer discovery and gather structured retailer feedback
- Run and manage live pilot implementations with retailers
- Support MVP validation in real-world retail environments
- Translate market feedback into product insights (roadmap, pricing, features)
- Work closely with founders (CEO/CTO + CPO) and external dev/vendor team (no coding or dev management required)
- Support commercial discussions and contribute to deal closure where needed
- Build early pipeline of retail conversations and opportunities
- Help drive transition from pilot stage → commercial rollout (target ~6–9 months)
Job Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Background in business ops, product ops, consulting, or client-facing roles
- Strong B2B exposure and stakeholder management experience
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
- Strong communication skills (English required)
