Job Description

• Supervise Credit and Collection team through ongoing mentoring and training.
• Maintain documentation on Credit and Collection procedures.
• Be a “super user” within the team, providing expert knowledge and hands-on support.
• Ensure process deadlines are met according to SLAs.
• Identify and nominate the appropriate training to achieve individual and company aspirations in line with Local HR learning and development strategy.
• Create a positive work environment that fosters team performance
• Cultivate customer service culture in team
• Organize and conduct regular meetings and communications with team members
• Conduct team members’ performance evaluation and review
• Train new team members and share knowledge and job experience
• Set Performance Objectives with direct reports
• Counsel team members on performance improvement and career development
• Resolve management team conflict with sensitivity, tact and fairness
• Ensure balanced workload for team members

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/Business. Those pursuing a Professional Accounting qualification would be an asset.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Credit and Collection role with at least 2 years supervisory role, preferably in an international finance shared service company environment.
• Well-versed with SAP.
