Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with industry trends, market dynamics, and government policies.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality output.
• Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
• Team Leadership: Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Innovation and Technology: Embrace technological advancements and foster a culture of innovation to drive product development and business transformation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Someone who can manage overall company sales and is capable to build strong rapport with the governance such as JPJ, KASTAM, MIDA, and MARii.
• Deep understanding of the automotive industry, including trends, challenges, opportunities, and government policies.
• Strong business acumen and financial expertise.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• A strong network of contacts within the government and regulatory agencies.
• Experience in navigating complex regulatory environments and lobbying efforts.
