Job Description

What you will own:

People Performance,Structure & Leadership

• Bring out the best in A-players; clarify roles, ownership, and outcomes.
• Install management rhythms: weekly WBRs, monthly MBRs, quarterly talent reviews.

Operating System

• Stand up OKRs/KPIs, dashboards, SOPs, and decision cadences across brands/countries.
• Turn strategy into execution roadmaps with crystal-clear owners and milestones.

Supply Chain & Planning

• Cut lead times, stockouts, and working-capital drag; raise OTIF and inventory turns.
• Build S&OP and capacity planning that supports rapid launches across regions.

Finance & FP&A (with Finance Lead)

• Shift from reactive to forward-looking: 6-month rolling forecasts, product/market P&Ls, cash conversion discipline.
• Price, margin, and assortment governance with data-driven guardrails.

Cross-Functional Execution

• Be the Integrator between Product, Ops, Marketing, and Finance so the whole company moves as one.
• Program-manage key initiatives (new markets, major launches, replatforming).
