Job Description

• Handle incorporation, submission to SSM/CCM, maintenance of statutory returns, and other related secretarial functions with minimal supervision.
• Report to the company secretary and be responsible for the maintenance of secretarial records, statutory compliance, and preparation of resolutions, meeting papers, minutes, etc.
• Provide effective support and assistance to company secretaries in discharging corporate secretarial activities and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Handle telephone calls, enquiries, or requests appropriately.
• Handle any other tasks assigned in a timely manner.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• A good command of Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to liaise with clients from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Law, Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Candidates from non-related fields must possess full or partial ICSA qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a company secretarial firm or related field, with exposure to handling company secretarial matters.
