Job Description

  • Assist in company incorporation, statutory filings, and corporate secretarial matters.
  • Liaise with SSM, banks, and other authorities for document submission and follow-ups.
  • Assist in handling banking-related matters such as account opening, document submission, and bank correspondence.
  • Maintain statutory records, client files, and company documentation.
  • Support senior staff in daily company secretarial and administrative operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or related working experience.
  • Experience in a Company Secretary Firm is highly preferred.
  • Experience dealing with banking matters is an added advantage (bank account opening, bank submission, etc.).
  • Familiar with SSM filings and corporate secretarial processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English is an advantage.
