Job Description

• Keep track and monitor MD's daily appointment and upcoming program 
• Collect and review all report submitted by each department to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist MD in managing and reviewing all types of files, workflows and project deadlines
• Arrange and coordinate management meeting
• Arrange and coordinate department meeting
• Prepare meeting agenda and minute meeting
• Liase and coordinate communications with Royal family members, State and Federal goverment, and Goverment Linked Company (GLC)
• Arrange, organize and prepare gifts and posters for the Director, Royal Family members, VIP and VVIP, and clients for any occasion
• Liase and coordinate communication with the Board of Director and business partners
• Liase and communicate with overseas clients
• Represent MD or company in meetings, event or official function, ensure smooth coordination and follow up
• Maintain and enhance corporate image including overseeing company profile and website
• Handle matters related to honor and award (Pengurniaan Pingat) as required
• Able to travel for outstation or overseas trip if required
• Assist in adhoc comittess duties
