Job Description

• Manage tax provisioning and reporting by preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly current and deferred tax provisions, and providing relevant guidance.
• Oversee and review tax submissions (including income tax, service tax, WHT, and CP58) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely filing.
• Lead transfer pricing (TP) documentation, Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), and Global Minimum Tax (QDMTT) compliance, while coordinating with external stakeholders and tax consultants.
• Identify and implement tax optimization initiatives to minimise tax liabilities and maximise tax savings.
• Liaise with tax authorities on tax-related matters and provide internal tax advisory support to stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management or Head of Department.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, ACCA, or a CPA qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Tax or Corporate Tax functions.
• Proficient in Excel with solid foundational accounting knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in deferred tax and indirect tax is required.
• At least 2–3 years of leadership experience managing junior team members.
• Minimum 2–3 years of commercial experience within an MNC environment.
