Job Description

    • Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
    • Attending administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from mailboxes.
    • To perform telesales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life)
    • To promote mobile app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions.
    • To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member

Job Requirements

    • Min Diploma/Degree in any field
    • Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field
    • Effective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team player
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
