Job Description
- Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
- Attending administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from mailboxes.
- To perform telesales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life)
- To promote mobile app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions.
- To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in any field
- Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field
- Effective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
