Job Description

• Quotation Management: Generate comprehensive quotations for overseas agents and customers, encompassing import, export, sea freight (FCL, LCL, transhipment, etc), and air freight services.
• Cross-Border Logistics: Advise agents/customers on cross-border procedures and provide corresponding quotations.
• Sales Support: Assist sales personnel with inquiries related to quotations and operational issues.
• Quotation Review: Conduct thorough reviews of quotations prepared by the customer service coordinator.
• External Provider Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with suppliers such as shipping lines and agents to secure optimal terms.
• Shipment Updates: Provide timely updates to agents/customers regarding shipment status, including cargo details, shipping documentation, and other relevant information.
• Tariff Consultation: Utilize tariff finder on HS Code to advise agents/customers on duty/tax structure and permit requirements.
• Internal Coordination: Issue instructions to the operation/forwarding department to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
• Telemarketing: Participate in proactive telemarketing activities to expand the customer base.
• Invoice Verification: Review supplier invoices & customer invoices for accuracy.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Customer Service Manager detailing departmental performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM holder.
• 1 year experience in logistic industries.
• Possesses the ability to independently manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in utilizing computer applications, including Email, MS Excel, and MS Word.
