First-Level Support (Phone, Email & Fax) – Corporate/Consumer Products
• Liaise with Business Unit on service request status
• Perform FCR and dispatch engineers for hardware issues
• Filter and redirect calls by product type (e.g., software, sales)
• Handle consumables, product info, promotions, eShop, repair status, and warranty enquiries
• Provide basic product guidance and assist with gift redemptions and training queries
• Manage consumable orders and admin tasks as needed
Admin & Additional Duties
• Support service mailbox, Main Line, and Sales calls
• Forward sales leads, raise escalations, and update CRM
• Ensure clear, accurate communication and timely follow-ups
• Meet SLAs, maintain professionalism, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on processes, policies, and escalation procedures
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma or Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Must possess a clear speaking voice and strong verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good knowledge in Windows and Mac operating system.
• Prior experience in technical helpdesk support would be an advantage.
