• Product Expert: Learn about products at a deep, technical level so you can confidently guide customer through setting them up to control their other devices and gear. 
• Solve Real Problems: Work directly with customer to understand their challenges, troubleshoot issues, and help them to find clear and workable solutions.
• Respond promply: Stay on top of customer emails and reply quickly, so no one is left waiting when they are trying to get back to making music.
• Own the experience: Take strong ownership of every interaction, making sure each customer walks away with a great impression of the company.

Job Requirements

• Play or have played music and used audio effects. Guitarist are preferred, but open to all type of musician and instrument.
• Learn complex product quickly, deeply and translate that knowledge into support that resolve customer's problems.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English, whether explaining a fix or walking someone through a setup step by step.
• Warm and professional towards customer and treat every question as one worth answering.
• Calm and emphatic, meeting customer where they are - even when the problem is tricky and the frustration is high.
• Care about doing the job well, and about customer impression.
