Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    Service Management

    • Lead and manage the service team to ensure efficient operations.
    • Develop and implement service strategies and plans to enhance customer satisfaction.

    • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.

    Team Development

    • Train and develop service team members to enhance their professional skills.
    • Recruit, evaluate, and motivate employees to maintain team stability and efficiency.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Analyze service data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary measures.
    • Introduce and promote new technologies and tools to enhance service efficiency and quality.

    Budget Management

    • Develop and manage the service department’s budget to ensure resource allocation is reasonable.
    • Control costs and optimize service operations for greater efficiency.

    Coordination and Collaboration

    • Maintain close cooperation with other departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support) to improve the overall customer experience.
    • Represent the company in industry conferences and events to build professional networks.

Job Requirements

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
    • Over five years of service management experience, preferably in the construction machinery/heavy equipment industry.
    • Experience working in multinational companies is preferred.
    • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service mindset.
    • Ability to work under high pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
    • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
    • Willingness to travel frequently for domestic and international assignments.
