The Design Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and preparing technical drawings for structural and foundation systems while ensuring designs meet safety, regulatory, and cost requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop foundation, piling, and structural systems for assigned projects.
• Review drawings, geotechnical data, and engineering specifications to produce accurate technical solutions.
• Prepare engineering calculations, design layouts, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project, construction, and procurement teams to ensure design compliance.
• Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, constructability, and safety.
• Participate in technical meetings and provide design support during project execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in design engineering within the construction industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of piling, foundation, and geotechnical principles.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
