sales targets.
• Strategic Skills: Strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, sales
plans, and promotional campaigns tailored to the Malaysian market.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and
Bahasa Malaysia, with persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Market Insight: Deep understanding of local market dynamics, customer behavior,
and competitive landscape.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics
to drive performance and optimize campaigns.
• Leadership & Drive: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of leading teams
and managing cross-functional projects.
