1. Sales & Marketing Support

• Support marketing initiatives to drive student enrolment and centre visibility.
• Implement campaigns, open houses, and community outreach to attract new students.
• Track enrolment metrics and contribute to local growth strategies.

2. Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Lead, train, and motivate teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies, teaching standards, and safety protocols.

3. Student & Parent Relations

• Maintain strong relationships with students and parents, addressing feedback and concerns promptly.
• Promote a positive and engaging learning environment that reflects the company’s values.
• Drive student retention and engagement through events, programs, and proactive communication.

4. Operations & Administration

• Oversee the daily operations of the learning center, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Monitor attendance, timetables, and classroom schedules to optimize centre performance.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and centre resources effectively.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in education management, tuition centre operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with experience in student enrolment or business growth preferred.
• Passion for education and commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
