Job Description

    • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for assigned industry sectors. Identify opportunities for new business and revenue expansion.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their business needs are met through Malaysia’s solutions. Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
    • New Customer Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients within the assigned sectors, expanding Malaysia’s market presence.
    • Solution Selling & Consultative Approach: Understand customer challenges and requirements, offering tailored Enterprise solutions that provide value and drive business impact.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and customer success, to align efforts and deliver seamless solutions.
    • Account Strategy & Planning: Develop detailed account plans to maximize client engagement, ensuring both short-term wins and long-term strategic partnerships.
    • Sales Process Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiation and closing deals. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
    • Market & Industry Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and provide market intelligence.
    • Partner Engagement: Cultivate relationships with strategic partners to enhance solution offerings and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
    • Customer Advocacy & Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Job Requirements

    • 5–10 years of experience in IT enterprise sales with a proven track record of success.
    • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with reliability and determination.
    • Strong ability to drive sales both directly with end users and through channel partners.
    • Skilled in building and maintaining trust with customers and partners.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Experience managing the full government sales cycle, including lead generation, sales reporting, pipeline management, and tender bidding.
    • Expertise in enterprise sales and key account management.
