Job Description

The Account Manager serves as the long-term partner for existing clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their ERP investment.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite stakeholders and project leads.
  • Identify "whitespace" opportunities to sell additional modules (e.g., MES, Supply Chain, WMS, etc…) or licenses.
  • Manage the contract renewal process and mitigate churn risks.
  • Represent the client's needs internally to ensure technical issues or customization requests are prioritized.
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs) to track ROI and align the ERP roadmap with the client's business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Finance.
  • Typically 3–6 years in B2B software sales or enterprise account management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP architecture, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), and business process automation.
  • High-level negotiation, strategic thinking, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical buyers.
