Job Description

The ERP Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the full ERP system, including Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales and Retail modules. 

The role requires strong ERP knowledge to translate business requirements into system configurations, optimize workflows, support data migration, conduct UAT, and ensure smooth go-live. A strong finance background is preferred to provide expertise in financial processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

• Gather and translate finance requirements into ERP solutions.
• Configure and support finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax).
• Assist in data migration and UAT for finance functions.
• Troubleshoot finance-related issues and ensure accurate reporting.
• Work with Finance teams to improve workflows and support go-live activities.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation or support, with hands-on exposure to Finance modules.
• Strong expertise in ERP system configuration, including module setup (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Retail).
• Experience in workflow design, data migration, API integration, and middleware coordination
• Solid understanding of finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets (FA), tax, and month-end closing.
• Ability to translate finance business requirements into effective ERP system configurations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders.
