Job Description

ERP support consultants are specialized professionals who manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to ensure seamless business operations. They act as a bridge between technical IT departments and functional business units like finance, supply chain, and HR.

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving system issues, logging support tickets, and diagnosing software or integration errors.
• System Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance, and assist in deploying updates, patches, or new ERP modules.
• End-User Training: Educate staff on system functionalities, best practices, and new features to drive effective adoption across the organization.
• Business Process Analysis: Consult with management to evaluate existing workflows and recommend system configurations that optimize business processes.
• Data Management: Oversee data integrity, security, and migration processes during system transitions or upgrades.
• Documentation: Prepare technical manuals, user guides, and deployment progress reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of experience in ERP implementation or technical support.
• Proficiency in major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, Epicor, SYSPRO, QAD or any ERP software).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database management, and reporting tools like Power BI or Crytal Report.
• Professional certifications such as ERP Certified Application Associate is highly advantageous.
