Job Description

This role supports the company’s auto financing business by promoting loan products, handling customer and dealer relationships, and ensuring accurate loan submission and documentation. The position works closely with sales advisors and internal teams to drive loan disbursement, support branch operations, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

• Sell and promote auto loan products to customers and dealers.
• Attend to sales advisors and walk-in customers for loan enquiries and applications.
• Conduct preliminary customer interviews (for selected branches).

Loan Processing & Documentation

• Follow up with customers and sales advisors on supporting documents.
• Prepare and ensure completeness of loan submissions for approval.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track loan processing status.

Relationship Management & Field Support

• Build and maintain good relationships with business associates and dealers.
• Participate in roadshows, marketing events, and site visits when required (including weekends).
• Monitor first-payment defaulters within assigned region and support follow-up actions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
• For experienced candidates: 1–3 years in auto finance sales, banking sales, or related industry is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel and support field activities when required.
• Must possess own transport (mandatory).
