Job Description

This role supports the company’s customer experience and insurance sales function by handling customer enquiries, performing telesales activities, and promoting digital services. The position focuses on delivering high-quality customer service while driving sales of insurance products through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Call Handling

• Attend to inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints confidently to meet service standards and customer expectations.
• Respond to customer requests via customer service and support mailboxes.

Telesales & Product Promotion

• Perform telesales activities for insurance products (Auto & Credit Life).
• Promote the company’s mobile application to non-users.
• Encourage FPX transactions and digital adoption.

Team Support & Administration

• Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations.
• Perform relief duties during team members’ absence when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and call records.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training provided).
• Candidates with 2 years or more of telesales experience will be considered for higher salary range.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, fast learner, and a strong team player.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven and call-based environment.
