Job Description

Support senior consultants in delivering family office and wealth structuring services by assisting with client onboarding, KYC and due diligence, preparing presentations and proposals, conducting research on family governance and succession planning, coordinating with clients and professional advisers, maintaining documentation, reviewing legal and tax-related documents, and providing ongoing client servicing while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and tax requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in family office, wealth management, trust, corporate services, banking, audit, tax, or a related professional services environment.
• Basic understanding of trust structures, estate planning, wealth preservation, and corporate structures is an advantage.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML/CFT, and client due diligence requirements.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Professional, client-focused, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
