Job Description

    • Update and maintain nancial and administrative records in multiple databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. 
    • Prepare invoices for multiple companies and subsidiaries with accuracy and timeliness. 
    • Process the Executive Director’s personal and business-related claims, while adhering to data protection and condentiality controls. 
    • Retrieve and compile information from various databases for reporting and analysis. 
    • Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deciencies and verifying the accuracy of entered information. 
    • Sort and organize information to facilitate easy access and retrieval, enhancing operational eciency. 
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies in data and improve data management processes. 
    • Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to nancial and administrative activities as needed. 
    • Support the team in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing correspondence
    • Maintain condentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.

Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related eld. 
    • Previous experience in nance, administration, or data management is an advantage. 
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. 
    • Prociency in Microsoft Oce Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with nancial software or databases. 
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to eectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
