Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Finance will support the Head of Finance, Risk & Credit in overseeing the company's finance operations, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury, credit management, budgeting, cash flow planning, and regulatory compliance. The role also involves leading the finance team, reviewing settlement reports with Visa and Mastercard, supporting audits and tax matters
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Member of MIA is required.
- Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, MICPA) or finalist is encouraged.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Prior experience in the payment/fintech industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MFRS, IFRS, and Malaysian tax regulations.
- Experience with accounting software such as UBS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Meticulous with good attention to detail.
